Bringing together central examples from art and architecture in the 20th and 21st century, this seminar will explore the kitchen as an architectural, artistic and sociological subject.
The course will focus in particular on the kitchen as a site for informal communication and exchange.
We will also invite guests to share different perspectives on the topic. Focusing on the kitchen and cooking experiments allows us to approach architecture in a dialogic, practical, haptic , and culinary way.
